At KSA Pools Wholesale, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you need. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • If the product is returned in its original condition, only the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, a restocking fee of 15% to 25% will apply, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label via email.
  • Pack the item securely and attach the shipping label to the package.

Delivery-Related Issues:

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues related to the delivery or condition of your product upon arrival, such as damages:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can assess the situation and, if necessary, file an insurance claim.
  • Prompt notification is crucial; failure to inform us within the 24-hour window may affect the outcome of the claim.


If you wish to exchange an item, the same conditions apply as for returns. Please contact us to arrange for the exchange, and ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
